A 6 week journey designed to support mothers through the early months after birth. Each week blends gentle discussion, journaling, relaxation and connection in a calm, welcoming space. You're invited to come exactly as you as, there is no pressure, just understanding and warmth.

Location

Venue- To be confirmed (Dover or Folkestone, Kent).

Both spaces are calm, baby-friendly and easy to access.

Pricing

£60 for the full 6-week block (£10 per week).

 

A small number of discounted community spaces are available for those in need.
